Shipping in EU

We ship with major couriers such as UPS and DHL.

Please refer to our Delivery & Returns Policy for further info.

If your order is received before 16:00 CET (Working days), we aim to dispatch on the same day.

If your item showed ‘pre-order’, then please expect an additional 6-10 days to dispatch date.

International Shipping

If you live outside the EU, after a purchase you are requested to pay custom duties to the delivery company such as UPS or DHL.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my glasses?
Yes of course. In case of regretting the purchase you can ship back the frame to our address within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. After this day is not possible to return.

Upon returning, if no label is inside the parcel, please request immediately a return label by contacting us through email.

Warranty

All our sunglasses have 24 months of warranty. This covers manufacturing defect and does not cover normal wear and tear of accidental damage nor against scratches.

How can I pay? We accept debit, credit cards & wallets: Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover & Diners, Dankort, CUP, JPC. We also accept Paypal, Stripe and wallet payment Google Pay (Chrome browser) and Apple Pay (Safari browser).

Cancel an order

How can I cancel an order? In most cases we can cancel the order for you before the shipment. You must email us at hello@sunofjapan.com – In case your order have been shipped, you have to return to our office address.

I am very impressed by Sun of Japan ! I ordered a pair of Matsuda, very decent price, everything arrived in less than 24h (Living in Bruxelles - Belgium) in a very nice packaging. No issues whatsoever with the pristine glasses but it was just not in my taste once seing them in hands, and as explain in their FAQ I sent them back before 2 weeks after reception, and they refunded in less than 2 days minus the 19€ for delivery ! Very reactive customer service as well ! I would advice this site to people who knows what they want and ideally tried the pair they want beforehand.
